Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor
Sexual Diversity Therapist - NLP
I offer adult face-to-face individual psychotherapy and counselling in central London, just a few minutes walking distance from Kings Cross and within easy reach of the West End, the City and Islington.
As an integrative psychotherapist I work across a wide range of areas and interests, lifestyle and relationship issues, existential emptiness, loss of meaning, bereavement and loss, trauma, mood disorders (anxiety and depression), past abuse (addiction and prevention of relapses), ageing and later life concerns. As an accredited sexual diversity therapist I work with identity and sexuality, gender-fluidity and diversity issues, internalised phobias and anger.
Sessions can be conducted in English, Italian and German. I offer both short-term (usually 12 sessions) and long-term work.
I charge £60 for an initial consultation session and the ongoing cost for weekly sessions can be discussed in this first session. I offer concessions for students, unemployed and older people and can also offer sessions via Skype.
Working and volunteering for various charitable organisations such as London Friend and Mind, I have experience of working with culturally and sexually diverse clients. I am also a visiting lecturer for the CIPA Counselling School at Tor Vergata University in Rome.
